Franchise Costs
The total investment necessary to begin and operate a SkinnyFATS® restaurant for the first 90 days is between $617,400 and $1,312,000, this includes an initial franchise fee of $50,000.
Real Estate & Construction
SkinnyFATS® Worldwide will provide franchisees with site selection requirements and a company representative will assist in the final site selection process for each franchisee location.
Recurring Fees
Royalty fee: 6.5% of gross sales
Local advertising cooperative contribution: 2% of gross sales

Comprehensive Support & Training
SkinnyFATS® Worldwide is committed to assisting each franchisee in their growth and success through providing comprehensive support and training programs.
Initial Training Program
Our initial training program typically lasts for 3 weeks, depending on your progress and performance. We offer the program as often as necessary to accommodate our new franchisees; training is currently provided in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ongoing Support
SkinnyFATS® will have available our expert SkinnyFATS® ‘SWAT’ team for in-store opening training and when additional hands-on support is needed.

Marketing
Each SkinnyFATS® franchisee is well positioned to maximize their potential through the multi-dimensional marketing strategy laid out by SkinnyFATS® Worldwide.
Blending traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies, franchisees will be able to benefit from both a national marketing fund and local advertising cooperatives. SkinnyFATS® Worldwide may also provide hands-on marketing assistance to an individual franchisee, upon request.
